Our business isn’t really about solar panels. Solar is simply one of the tools we use.

Our job is helping building owners make smarter long-term decisions about their assets. Sometimes that means solar. Sometimes it means roofing improvements. Sometimes it means electrical upgrades. Often it means navigating complicated challenges where multiple systems interact and where the wrong decision today can create expensive problems ten years from now. That’s the work that interests us.

Roofs are hot in July and cold in November. Construction schedules change. Equipment shows up damaged. Weather impacts production. Drawings need revisions. Existing conditions rarely match what’s on paper. Problems appear without warning and often when it’s least convenient.
